22nd Aug 10

WKC.....Great news, Freya has been and done it again, she's won her 2nd CC, this time with Best of Breed, we are over the moon with our girls success. Not forgetting Paisley our puppy, she won 1st PB & 4th JB. The weather was very good with sunshine, better than we expected, all in all a lovely day !!

15th Aug 10

Bournemouth.....after a dull start to the day the sun later appeared and it was a lovely warm day again. We had two girls entered today, Paisley won 1st PB & 2nd JB and Freya won 1st OB. In the bitch challenge we were overjoyed when Freya was awarded the Bitch CC..her 1st. We had arranged with friends to have a picnic & drinks after judging, a lovely end to a super day.

12th Aug 10

Vallhund puppies are happy and well after 1 week in quarantine, we visit as often as possible to do a bit of training, have cuddles and some playtime. Not that I'am counting but they have 25 wks left !

7th Aug 10

National Gundog......after only a few hours sleep we were off again to another show. I am so lucky to have a husband that can multi task and get the dogs ready as well as handling them ! Paisley won PB and 3rd JB, Freya was 4th LB. We stayed on to watch the group judging and was delighted when Eryn's father - Sh Ch Flaxheath Freelander, took Best In Show.

3rd - 6th Aug 10

Another short trip to Sweden. After many emails and phone calls everything was arranged for the puppies flight back to the UK. We were able to spend some time with the pups before we drove them up to Stockholm airport and the start of their long journey. After what seemed such a long wait we had news that they had arrived safe and sound and were at the kennels.

25th July 10

Leeds.....early start and a long journey for us. Weather pretty good, enjoyable day. Pleased with the girls results...Paisley 1st PB, Eryn VHC PGB and Freya 3rd OB.

12th - 15th July 10

I took a short trip to Sweden with a friend to visit a breeder of Swedish Vallhunds hoping that I would be able to choose a puppy to join us here in the UK. We had a very hectic few days and eventually a puppy was chosen, now it was down to planning his journey home.

4th July 10

Windsor.....another hot one, glad to say there was plenty of ice cream about and even Pimms! This show is one of my favourites as the Park where it is held is right beside the Thames and there is a lovely view of Windsor Castle. Pleased with the girls results, Paisley 1st in PB and Eryn 4th in PGB.

Still able to give her daughters and grandaughters a run for their money !!! We love her to bits.

Blackpool.......very hot day, not at the beach sadly, but a dog show !! Luckily we managed to find a nice shady spot and stayed there for the rest of the day. Paisley won 2nd PB & 4th JB, Eryn won 1st GB and Freya 3rd LB, so not a bad day for the girls. Eryns dad won his 20th CC, so some celebrating had to be done with a nice long cool drink !
